What is the GDPR?

General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) is a new EU Regulation that has replaced previous Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. GDPR regulates how companies that operate in the European Union or process data of EU citizens handle that data. GDRP has been enforced since May 25, 2018.

GDPR has a global reach. It applies not only to EU companies but to any company that handles data of EU citizens. GDPR shifts the ownership of customer data from the organizations that use it to the individual customer.

Centigral Ventures provides capabilities to ask EU visitors special consent before using Centigral Ventures services. Achieving consent from your customers is an important step.

We have performed A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA).

We have introduced a Data Breach Plan that ensures reporting data breach within 48 hours.

Our Legal Documentation

We monitor our legal documentation (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) to reflect any changes and to include the mandatory Data Processor provisions required by Article 28 of the GDPR. We will keep you updated as these changes are implemented, and we will also notify you on the relevant pages about such changes.
